At Petos, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged items.


Returns

You have the right to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us by email within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are processed:

  • To the original payment method

  • Within 14 business days of receiving the returned item

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Refunds are processed in the same currency used at checkout. Any currency conversion fees applied by your bank are outside of our control.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
If cancelled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email and include clear photos of the issue.

In cases of confirmed damage or fault:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier on your behalf.

We take responsibility for delivery issues and will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.


UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items are eligible for a refund or replacement in accordance with UK law.
